Anger management
Oliva Programs utilizes Correctional Counseling, Inc’s Coping with Anger curriculum. The program is designed to help clients recognize, overcome, and control anger.
This cognitive behavioral program’s materials include psycho-education, conflict resolution, pro-social skill building, and commitment to change.
The anger management workbook has eight modules, which can be completed in eight to ten group sessions, although most participants take about four months to complete the program. This program requires several one-on-one Zoom meetings with the facilitator in addition to hour long group sessions.
Clients complete homework for each module prior to coming to the group session. During group time, clients present their homework to the group, and the facilitator then passes the client to the next module — or the facilitator directs the client to redo the homework based on objective criteria.
This evidence-based program will help you make changes and improve your personal and professional relationships.
